About the job

The research manager would be an active member of the knowledge management & research team providing optimal client solutions through in-depth market intelligence, industry & talent research. This would include a balance between speed of delivery and knowledge enhancement.

Key responsibilities:

1. Cover both, primary as well as secondary research in recruitment
2. Use public domain data, authorized private access information centers as well as ID techniques
3. Identify leading skills and competencies across industry verticals
4. Source, collate & validate market intelligence relevant information from diverse sources such as media (electronic, print, internet, seminars conferences, etc.) Capture, analyze upgrade, and load the same into the company's data reservoir systems for easy access
5. Work on data integrity, verification, and data systems degradation

Skills & Requirements:

1. The successful candidate for the research manager role will carry work experience of 2-3 (+/-flexible) years
2. The candidate should be a team player, must have the drive to learn, be eager to perform, and deliver results proactively
3. High initiative and a very positive attitude are an absolute must!
4. Must be a confident communicator, articulate with good diction
5. Ability to collate and put together information and presentations professionally would be an added asset
6. Must be an organized person who is extremely meticulous about quality, is detail-oriented, and is able to structure one's work and time in an efficient manner
7. Must possess basic knowledge of business concepts and terminologies, including distinguishing industries and functions, understanding organization structures, etc.
8. Must be a team player with a proven ability to cope with demanding expectations, must be confident of maintaining high service levels, and understand customer satisfaction nuances
9. Core values must be sound with a high sense of responsibility, integrity, and stability
10. Must possess the ability to think creatively and laterally, applying business intelligence thought processes to scope out, 'out of box' solutions proactively

Note: This position has a very high likelihood of joining the Spearhead InterSearch executive team on a permanent basis, based on mutual considerations of performance, fitment, expectation/aspiration fulfillment, and value proposition.

Salary during probation: ₹30,000 - 35,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 4,20,000 - 6,50,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%
