About the job
InStore Sales through Face-2-Face customer interaction inside premium store- a world class working environment. Making smart & deep engagement in every customer conversation, led by smooth, effective and accurate Sales Pitch. Retaining every bit of training and product & process knowledge so that you can handle every single customer query to his/her satisfaction. Be fast and accurate in processing customer application in iPad, follow up with the Bank Officer to complete the transaction.

Key responsibilities:

1. Developing and executing innovative strategies to build and maintain relationships with customers
2. Analyzing data to identify and develop sales opportunities, understanding customer needs and trends
3. Creating engaging customer presentations
4. Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement tactics to drive sales
5. Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to close
6. Facilitating onsite meetings and attending local events to network
7. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with store managers and retail vendors
8. Executing team goals and performance metrics

Desired Candidature :-

1.Smart, Confident, Highly Energetic, Ambitious, Extremely Hardworking, Good Communicator- Fresher Graduates/ Undergraduates (any stream, slight preference for BMS (and similar degree) & BCom. Age 20-25 Years

2.Candidates looking to make their mark in the profiles of Sales Executive, Retail Sales Executive, Business development executive, Business development associate and related profiles.
