Robotics & Coding Executive - HOD Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Train, manage, and correspond with the teachers daily and prepare the necessary reports (for HO and school) of the robotics and coding classes conducted during school hours daily in the allocated innovation lab
2. Ensure the teachers report to the innovation lab daily during school hours as full-time staff for the school and follow the necessary rules and regulations
3. Make regular visits to the schools to correspond with the school principal and staff and to ensure classes are running smoothly
4. Hire and train new teachers from time to time as per requirements
5. Substitute the teachers to ensure classes are running smoothly in case of emergency
6. Design and develop books, resources, videos, and other curricula to inculcate the love of artificial intelligence, coding, and robotics and any complementary modules using Canva and other software for school children
7. Conduct robotics/coding/electronics and other supplementary classes for individuals or groups of children
8. Make/assign and delegate teachers to prepare different PR material (video diaries, collage, etc.) for submission and uploading
9. Provide a report to HO daily with the summary of sessions conducted and feedback on the sessions
10. Ensure the following services are provided to new schools as and when they are onboarded as well as existing schools
