About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct training sessions and workshops for students and teachers
2. Review the project progress in schools and bring out innovation from school students
3. Create new projects and activities
4. Create video content and courses for projects
5. Create lesson plans for projects
6. Provide technical assistance for project ideas and competitions

Skills & Requirements:

1. Practical knowledge of robotics, electrical, and electronics
2. Hands-on experience in 3D printing
3. Passionate about teaching students
4. Strong interest to learn new technologies
5. Open to travel within Tamil Nadu
6. Good communication in Tamil and English

Salary

Probation:

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 15,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,40,000 - 3,50,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%
