About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Handle all calls/inquiries coming in from various sources
2. Make cold calls to an existing database and explain our services
3. Maintain a record of all calls handled
4. Conduct timely follow-ups and work on database updating
5. Work on emailing and other online campaign activities
6. Handle branch back-end operations

Requirements:

1. Should be willing to handle additional responsibilities as a part of business development
2. Should handle both Inbound and outbound calls
3. Candidate should be comfortable with target driven role
