About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Identify key sponsors for our flagship events in different industries
2. Develop and maintain relationships with a wide range of sponsors
3. Create unique sponsorship packages that align with our organizational goals
4. Attend meetings with potential sponsors to present sponsorship packages
5. Negotiate favorable sponsorship deals that meet the needs of both parties
6. Ensure timely delivery of sponsor benefits and communicate with them throughout the event lifecycle
7. Work closely with the sales and marketing team to drive sponsorship revenue
8. Maintain accurate reports of sponsorship sales and progress
9. Ensure the delivery of high-quality sponsorship products and services that align with the event's business objectives

Data Analytics Effective Communication LinkedIn Marketing Marketing MS-Excel
Earn certifications in these skills
Who can apply

1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Noida and neighboring cities

2. Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, or a similar field

3. 2+ years of experience in the field of marketing

4. Proven track record in sponsorship sales, with a focus on driving revenue

5. Strong skills in relationship-building, negotiations, and problem-solving

6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

7. Ability to work independently and within a team under high-pressure situations


Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 4,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%
