About Immersive Vision Technology Private Limited
Immersive is a leading player providing true immersive virtual 3D science labs (Simulab) to science students (Class 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th) and human-size virtual dissection tables (Cadaviz) to medical students and hospitals. Our vision is to make science education affordable and engaging. Our product dissection lab has been recommended by PETA.

Also, as you would know, 90% of science students in India don't have lab access, and partly 10%, who have, find it unengaging. Our virtual labs are far more affordable (10x cheaper vis- a-vis physical lab) & engaging (90% students with better learning outcomes).

About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Prospect and generate new business leads by researching and identifying potential clients in the B2B schools market
2. Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed sales targets
3. Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers at schools and educational institutions
4. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, highlighting the features and benefits of our virtual lab solutions
5. Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring that all contracts are executed in a timely and efficient manner
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure that customer needs are met, and issues are resolved promptly
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the virtual lab space

Who can apply:

1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
2. 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the education industry
3. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and generating new business
4. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
6. Experience with virtual labs or educational technology solutions is a plus

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 70%

2. Variable component: 30%
