Key responsibilities:

1. Interaction with clients and adding value to the conversations
2. Ensure customer loyalty by providing exceptional customer experience
3. Understanding product line, accordingly arranging the merchandise to the season as well as the latest trends
4. Suggest and implement proactive marketing strategies in order to enhance in-store sales performance
