Key Responsibilities:

1. Connect and counsel working professionals for career development programs
2. Cold calling the leads and database and converting them to sales
3. Promote management programs as per the profile of the candidate
4. Maintain connection with the candidates through meetings, calls, and mailers
5. Maintain database and records of the candidates
6. Achieve the assigned targets on monthly basis
7. Follow pre and post sales procedures
8. Actively contribute as a team player to encourage sales
