About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Call, email, meet, and demonstrate products to channel partners and schools
2. Draft emails, manage email campaigns, respond to sales queries, follow up with leads, etc.
3. Maintain the customer records in the company CRM
4. Negotiate deals, contracts, and partnerships with distributors and resellers
5. Educate yourself with the latest industry trends, market activities, competitors, and potential competitors
6. Undertake any other reasonable duties as may be required for the delivery of your responsibilities
7. Create an environment that treats people with respect and enables them to develop and realize their potential

Skill(s) required

English Proficiency (Spoken) MS-Office Sales

Earn certifications in these skills

Learn Business Communication

Learn Digital Marketing

Learn Business Analytics

Other requirements

Degree or equivalent relevant professional qualification, preferably Bachelors/Diploma related to management, sales, negotiation, marketing, communication, etc.

Knowledge of basic MS office tools, statistical/numeric tools, the internet, etc.

Strong command of the English language with good verbal and written communication skills

Experience in AI, robotics, and STEM would be preferred

Experience with sales, invoicing, CRM, etc. applications will be a plus

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹25,000 - 30,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 5,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%
