1. Search tender from the GeM portal
2. Evaluate tender eligibility criteria, and prepare summaries
3. Enlighten customers on all procurements, including E-Tendering, regular GeM bids, bunch bids, BOQ bids, custom bids, bid + 5 parameters, direct purchase, and purchase requisition
4. Coordinate, prepare, compile & submit bid submission document
5. Bid preparation provide past industry trends to customers
6. Coordinate online and follow-up with the respective government departments to ensure seamless document submission including shortfall submission if any
7. Track bid status, update MIS & create pivot tables and provide summaries to customers
8. Vendor registration for limited tenders
9. Provide support to customers for pre-bid/post-bid meetings
10. Update delivery position on the GeM portal
11. Follow up post supply payment status
