About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Reaching and identifying prospective customers through various channels such as inside sales, marketing, conference, and referrals in the US, UK region
2. Taking care of the revenue generation from events such as conferences, exhibitions, and trade shows
3. Acting as a first contact point for all -warm- customer leads generated through marketing and developing strong relations/repo with them
4. Working on being responsible for generating new business and increasing revenue from new and existing conference clients
5. Working to effectively communicate the value of conferences to other executives who are potential clients
6. Working on being responsible for collecting payments on closed sales pre/post events
7. Handling the international conference along with on-site opportunities to visit countries across the globe
8. Contacting key clients & decision-makers to sell delegate nomination passes specific to the client & business development requirements and strategic goals and proactively selling on own accounts
9. Designing and implementing delegate sales revenue plans and numbers
10. Working on acquisition of new accounts and growing business from existing clients
11. Working on media tie-ups and marketing along with the speaker acquisition

Client Relationship Effective Communication English Proficiency (Spoken)
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: 20,000 - 25,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: 3 - 6 LPA

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 20%

Informal dress code 5 days a week Cab/Transportation facility
