Sales Development Representative Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
2. Contact potential clients through calls and emails, social media, and responding to inquiries
3. Present our company to potential clients
4. Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
5. Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
6. Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
7. Write various marketing materials including blogs, newsletters, social media content, and more
8. Understand analytics and data and use them to create effective content strategies
9. Create, manage, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that leverage SEO, social media, inbound marketing, email campaigns, and events to grow customer acquisition
10. Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
11. Report to the business development manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results

Requirements:

1. Motivated and energetic individual that can contribute to sales and marketing
2. Knowledge of working with CRM software (optional)
3. Great research skills
4. Willingness to learn
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
6. Skilled in content writing
7. Familiarity with graphic design
8. Knowledge of using social media for professional purposes
9. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
10. Ability to deliver results, go-getter
11. Strong time management and organizational skills
12. Ability to identify opportunities and to develop and implement effective sales strategies
