About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Assist with achieving sales targets on a monthly, quarterly & yearly basis
2. Work to be proactive & innovative in identifying/approaching new business opportunities
3. Work to make visiting plans and travel frequently
4. Handle the generation of leads/prospects
5. Work towards coordinating with the customers
6. Assist with keeping updated on market visits periodically
7. Manage to coordinate with all salespersons and updating reports on a daily basis of annual targeted sales
8. Assist with supporting the sales coordinator in maintaining the database, and updating DSR timely
9. Work on generating repeat orders from existing clients in case of direct sales
10. Work to quote pricing to prospective clients/dealers to the level as assigned through policy
11. Assist with maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly reports as assigned
12. Work to ensure the PJP for the month is shared with the territory director, visits can be planned as a business exigency

Who can apply

Other requirements

Candidates with BTech mechanical and MBA are the preferred ones

Candidate with at least 1 yr experience in Industrial sales will be the preferred once

Must be open to travel at least 20 days a month

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 18,000 /month

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,40,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 90%

2. Variable component: 10%
