About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain a strong network of clients and vendors in the IT industry
2. Identify potential clients who may require IT consulting services and establish relationships with them
3. Understand client requirements and coordinate with the delivery team to propose the right resources
4. Negotiate contracts and rates with clients and vendors
5. Ensure that resources are placed on projects in a timely manner
6. Meet or exceed sales targets on a consistent basis
7. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
8. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments

Skills and requirements:

1. Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills; able to present complex concepts effectively
2. Hands-on experience with computer operation
3. Basic search engine operations
4. Able to draft professional e-mails
5. Up to date with technology
6. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
7. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office: this includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
10. Familiarity with social media platforms and social media management tools
11. Freshers are eligible to apply
12. Bachelor graduate (BBA, Btech preferred)
13. Final-year students can also apply
14. 12th CBSE/ICSE preferred

Salary during probation: ₹12,000 - 15,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,20,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%
