Sales Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Researching the database of the target audience on multiple online platforms like LinkedIn, web research, social media, magazines, etc.
2. Introducing our services & platform to potential clients through cold calling
3. Generating leads for projects & connecting them with the BD team
4. Working on objection handling
5. Engaging with the registered website users and providing them with proper assistance across all modes of communication
6. Responding to all online/offline inquiries received through digital and social platforms and taking necessary actions to close the inquiry and process it further to the BD team
7. Providing an online demo of the company s website & its features to potential clients and persuading them into using the website
8. Updating and maintaining contact and lead database in CRM

Requirements:

1. Candidate with outbound calling experience in sales
2. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
3. Knowledge/experience in using CRM tools
4. Basic knowledge of MS Excel
5. Excellent phone manner and articulation
6. Prior work experience as a telecaller or telemarketer
7. Objection-handling skills
8. Good interpersonal skills
9. Ability to take rejections in a positive manner
