About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sale the products
2. Counter arrangement (Opening and closing), receive products, maintain required data of materials, sales update on time as per company standards
3. Present and sell the products/services using well - mannered communication skills to existing and prospective customers
4. Upselling, Cross Selling to the potential customers
5. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
6. Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
7. Reach out to customer leads through follow ups
8. Continuously improve through feedback
9. Handle and resolve customer problems and complaints to maximise satisfaction
10. Analysis of the needs of existing/potential customers to meet their requirements

Required skills:

1. Customer handling skill, good communication skills, sales target achieving skill, decision making skills, and overall go-getter!
2. Graduate preferably , MIN 12 TH Standard
3. English, Local Language (Preferred ), Hindi
4. Smart personality and good communication skill is mandatory

Salary
Duration: 15 days
Salary during probation: ₹20,000 - 30,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,60,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 15%

3. Other incentives: 5%

Additional information

1. Location:Marathahalli, Bangalore
2. Education: 12th/ any degree (Females only)
3. Max Salary: Rs.28,000 per month
4. Notice period: Immediate joiners/ 15 days less
5. Note: This sales executive position is only for females
