Sales Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Prospect by making outbound calls via various lead channels to nurture relationships and generate qualified sales leads
2. Drive references to increase the sales quota
3. Work to consistently deliver 100+ connected calls and talk time daily

Required:

1. Females required
2. We are looking for a committed and self-driven, and go-getter
3. You should be comfortable with both field sales and inside sales and have good communication skills
4. At least 2 years of experience in inside sales handling inbound and outbound calls with targets
5. Excellent communication & reporting skills
6. Ability to consistently deliver 90+ connected calls daily with a good call conversion rate
7. Very good at lead management and consistently overachieves conversion targets from all the lead sources
8. An achiever who hits the target weekly/monthly targets
9. Strong business acumen, customer focus, listening skills, negotiating influencing ability
10. New customer acquisition skills
11. Must be proficient in English, Hindi, or any other regional language
12. Knowledge of closing the sale over the call.
13. Preferred BBA freshers and experienced candidates
