Sales Executive Fresher Job

Expectation:

We are seeking a driven sales professional to join our team. Generating leads, performing sales calls, and hitting sales goals are all responsibilities of the sales executive.

A sales executive is responsible for assisting in the growth of a company by locating new business prospects and selling items to them. In addition to developing and maintaining relationships with new clients, they must maintain relationships with their present customer base.

Key responsibilities:

1. Generating sales targets and creating sales plans
2. Generating leads and conducting prospect research
3. Making phone calls, sending emails, and in-person visits to potential and current clients
4. Handling client complaints, concerns, and requests
5. Composing, assembling, and delivering quotations and proposals
6. Utilizing particular software to manage the sales process
7. Working on the creation and upkeep of the database
8. Achieving the monthly, weekly, and daily sales goals
9. Attending meetings of the sales team
10. Participating in workshops to increase your technical and professional employment abilities
11. Keeping up with trends and competitors to spot improvements or suggest new items
12. Assisting the team's work by carrying out necessary tasks as needed

Skills & requirements:

1. High school diploma/Graduated with excellent customer service and sales skills
2. Excellent communication and presentation skills
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs
4. Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
5. Candidates willing to have face-to-face interviews are preferred
