About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Generating promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue
2. Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections
3. Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences
4. Meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales

Required:

1. Ability to arrange 10 meetings in a month & make it into conversion and complete his/her target (depending upon profile to profile)
2. Should have knowledge of pre-lease property and commercial in Golf course road, Golf Course Extension Road & SPR road
3. Should have aware of locations of projects in Gurgaon
4. Good verbal and presentable communication skills
