Sales Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage the approval of gold loans in coordination with partners using loan management software
2. Complete the KYC process as per bank requirements
3. Ensure proper documentation is maintained for each loan & record is maintained in LMS
4. Maintain a high degree of confidentiality with others
5. Source fresh gold loan leads through self-sourcing/references
6. Ensure assigned leads are converted into sales & meet targets
7. Pitch gold loan offerings to potential customers at their doorstep boldly
8. Build trust by explaining products and answering customer objections
9. Build a long-term relationship with portfolio customers to ensure continuity of business and referrals
10. Coordinate with different teams to resolve issues in ongoing transactions & ensure flawless execution of the process
