1. Work on end to end management and handholding of designated clients
2. Act as the first point of contact with banks, designated clients, and internal stakeholders
3. Work on end-to-end handling of new clients including requirement collation, coordination with banks, and internal teams i.e. technology and tech ops
4. Handle and resolve customer complaints
5. Manage, troubleshoot, give effective solutions, provide information & reports, and improve customer satisfaction
6. Generate business leads from banks & existing clients
7. Nurture account management clients to be key accounts
8. Coordinate with internal teams and follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests
9. Identify urgent situations and escalate issues appropriately
Who can apply:
1. Any graduates/post-graduate ideally with around 2 years of client handling experience
2. Excellent communication skills In English, Hindi, and Marathi (written and verbal)
3. Good listening skills and active problem-solving skills
4. Computer savvy and ability to multitask
5. Ability to handle pressure
