About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on sourcing accurate contact details from online sources like LinkedIn, Fundoodata, and Google Search and from offline networks of the decision maker of the marketing department
2. Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks
3. Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively
4. Prepare and deliver pitches to potential customers
5. Help collaborate with the marketing agency or agent
6. Prepare for meetings via structured research about the target client
7. Work on having effective sales meetings in order to understand clients' marketing systems, position Bricks Media as the best for the client and generate requirements for website design & development, SEO, social media, and lead generation from the client
8. Create presentations based on the client's requirements
9. Help coordinate with the operations team to generate proposals
10. Work to negotiate win-win deals
11. Maintain profitability index as per management guidelines
12. Help procure new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department
13. Attend networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
14. Maintain meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained
15. Work to suggest upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients
16. Work on acquiring at least 5 new clients and generating a minimum of 200,000 to 300,000 new businesses per month

Other requirements

MBA degree

Person with a minimum of 1 year to 3-5 years of experience in digital sales and marketing

Able to negotiate and establish favorable financial arrangements with clients

Should have a good command over communication- client-facing conversations

Excellent salesperson in B2B sales activities and strategic planning

The profile will be into digital sales, creative services, communication, concept selling, and consultative selling- previous experience in these fields will be a bonus

Understanding of revenue generation

Should be target-driven, self-starter and proactive

Develop management skills to handle at least 2 people under you

Salary
Duration: 6 months
Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 20,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 6,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 10%

3. Other incentives: 10%
