1. Handling the Indiamart portal and managing leads, calls, and emails for the inquiries received
2. Developing new leads, converting leads into deals, and further deals into orders
3. Creating and maintaining customer database
4. Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and doing follow-up calls on the leads qualified to close the order
5. Understanding customer needs and explaining product features and benefits
6. Co-ordinating with backend team for status of orders received and informing the same to customers
7. Preparing monthly reports of performance in the prescribed format
8. Closing sales and achieving targets
