About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage organizational sales by developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls
2. Meet planned sales goals
3. Set individual sales targets with the sales team
4. Track sales goals and report results as necessary
5. Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team
6. Coordinate with marketing on lead generation
7. Develop the sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education
8. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
9. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

8. Excellent people management skills
