Sales Head Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Managing the sales team and helping them attain their targets
2. Helping the sales team reach to get better at their skills and supporting them to handle clients
3. Speaking to parents who enquire through our lead generation ads and landing pages
4. Working with the customer interaction team to get updates from clients
5. Using the CRM system to track our existing clients
6. Using automated software and tools to interact with clients
7 Helping parents understand which is our best offering that will suit their requirements
8. Giving inputs to the marketing team about the ads and campaigns

Note: Experience of 3-4 years in sales and marketing is required.
