Key responsibilities:

1. Handle recovery/collection of overdue cases, DPD, and delinquencies
2. Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to management
3. Visit the field with the credit and recovery teams
4. Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports

Other requirements

Should be from MSME focused/small ticket LAP/Micro LAP/IMPL - NBFC

Should have a good knowledge of secured loans (small ticket LAP/property loans), MSME loans

Should have excellent communication, presentation skills, and confidence

NBFC background would be an advantage

Should have knowledge of business areas in the specific locations

Should be a high performer, target-oriented, and self-motivated
