Key responsibilities:

1. Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective
2. clients
3. Understand client requirements and tailor the Supply Chain Finance product offering to meet their specific needs
4. Present pricing, terms, and conditions to clients and negotiate agreements to close sales deals
5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation for new clients
6. Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients to maximize customer satisfaction and retention
7. Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly
8. Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to identify additional opportunities and upsell/cross-sell our products
9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system
10. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
11. Analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
12. Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities
13. Continuously enhance product knowledge and remain well-informed about supply chain finance concepts and practices
