About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Acquire new clients and manage existing relationships with our clients
2. Use self-knowledge and teams of experts for making a long-lasting relationships with clients and help them achieve their short-term and long-term goals
3. Work on revenue generation and business retention by providing suitable advice as per the client's requirement
4. Work on ensuring compliance with key regulators like SEBI, AMFI, IRDA, and as specified by the company

Skill(s) required

Client Relationship English Proficiency (Spoken) English Proficiency (Written) Marketing MS-Excel
Earn certifications in these skills

Other requirements

Ability to acquire new clients and should have a keen focus on revenue generation and business retention

Candidates having knowledge of financial products like mutual funds, loans, alternate assets, insurance, etc. or similar academic background would be preferred

Decision-making skills with a strong sense of ownership of the company and should be passionate about their career progress

Ability to work under pressure and under specified deadlines.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 4,00,000 - 6,50,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 60%

2. Variable component: 40%
