Sales & Marketing Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate leads and drive revenue
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
3. Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals
4. Develop and maintain a sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and referrals
5. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
6. Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities
7. Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote products/services across digital and offline channels
8. Manage social media accounts, email marketing, and content creation to engage with potential customers
9. Collaborate with the design and content teams to create promotional materials (brochures, flyers, social media posts, etc.)
10. Analyze marketing campaign performance and optimize strategies to improve ROI
11. Plan and participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
12. Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and industry trends
