Sales Representative Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on area/lane/geography mapping at regular intervals with the help of the supervisor
2. Maintain a diary on a daily basis in the prescribed format of activities
3. Identify new sources in the allocated area/geography and inform the progress of the reporting manager during the team huddle
4. Maintain reports related to sales and all other activities in the prescribed format
5. Work on channel partner recruitment and identify the need for the appointment of a channel partner
6. Work with the team huddle and attend team huddles on a daily basis as per the set process
7. Work on customer relationship management and enhance the customer experience by developing and maintaining relationships with customers
8. Work on the completion of files and submission of complete application forms, documentation, and information
9. Work on source relationship management by managing the relationship with all sources assigned and identified in a specific geography/area
