1. Greeting and assisting clients in the store
2. Managing all the aspects of the sales process from start to finish i.e. handling client inquiries, taking client orders, taking client measurements, maintaining logs, frequently communicating order status to the client, coordinating dispatch, delivery, and providing after-sales service to the client
3. Managing client queries & providing end-to-end solutions for the same
4. Working closely with the production team for gathering updates on client orders, quality checks, and timely delivery
5. Liaising with the dispatch team for order packaging, delivery & providing dispatch slips to the client
6. Assisting store manager in generating daily sales reports and sharing the same with the team
7. Organizing, maintaining, and updating the client database on a regular basis
8. Taking on specific/ad hoc tasks to support the sales team in other ongoing projects such as exhibitions, pop-up events, etc.
9. Taking in constructive criticism and producing quality work
