About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Contact leads over calls and e-mail to convince and buy the product
2. Work on upselling the additional products as the need arises
3. Use database, CRM, or other software to track progress with new prospects
4. Report weekly sales goals and objectives to regional leaders
5. Negotiate the price with clients
6. Maintain contact with existing clients to make sure they are satisfied and request referrals

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Annual CTC breakup:

1. Fixed component: 70%

2. Variable component: 30%
