Required:
1. Good communication skills are a must
2. He/she must be able to plan the number of fresh/follow-up calls he/she has to do in order to meet targets
3. The job also requires good selling and persuading skills and a thorough understanding of the company's offerings
4. MBA/PGDBM /CFA
5. Fluency in English, Hindi & any one regional language
6. Excellent communication skills verbal and written & excellent telephone skills
7. NISM certification preferred (valid mandatory certificates as per regulatory requirement/s)
8. Macro market & economy understanding
9. Expert level understanding of financial products/asset classes
10. Financial planning/portfolio management
11. Selling skills/customer acquisition
12. Valid mandatory certificates as per regulatory requirements
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 4,50,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 15%
3. Other incentives: 5%
