Scientific Editor - Research Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on the initial assessment of the submitted research manuscripts
2. Find & inviting peer reviewers for the manuscripts
3. Make editorial recommendations on manuscripts
4. Edit & proofread the manuscripts
5. Establish and maintain communications with researchers, reviewers & editors
6. Work on various initiatives by journals to improve author experience, diversity, quality, and inclusion strategies
7. Write editorial articles on recent breakthroughs & challenges in a particular research field
8. Handle any other editorial work as assigned

Requirements:

1. Only graduates from science & technology disciplines shall apply
2. A preference will be given to the candidates with higher education having an understanding of the scientific research & paper publication process

This is an in-office job and hence, apply only if you are able to work in the office (Monday to Saturday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm).
