Key responsibilities:

1. Support the senior company secretary team in conducting board/shareholders'/committee meetings
2. Preparation of notice, agenda and minutes, and other secretarial documents
3. Assist with the maintenance of statutory books and records
4. Conduct research on the client company, FDI, and other applicable laws and regulations
5. Assist with the preparation of regulatory filings and filings for shareholder meetings
6. Perform other administrative tasks as required
7. Coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders and client companies

Requirements:

1. Able to take care of annual filings and versed with XBRL
2. Well-versed with the Companies Act 2013/1956
3. Take ownership of the work you do
4. Excellent communication skills and good drafting
5. Legal exposure will be given to the candidates based on their skill set
6. Compliances under the Companies Act 2013 and LLP Act
7. FEMA compliances
8. Labour law compliances
9. Other statutory works
10. Candidate should be semi-qualified and should have the ability to work independently
