1. Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, data science, or a related field
2. Strong programming skills in Python, and experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow/Keras/Torch
3. Exposure to OCR
4. Knowledge of DL algorithms (ANN, CNN, RNN, LSTM)
5. Experience working on NLP and CV use cases
6. Expertise in NLTK, Sklearn, OpenCV, and PIL required
7. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
8. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
9. Ability to lead projects
