About the job
Key responsibilities:

1. Lead or participate in highly complex initiatives related to testing, implementation, and documentation within Engineering
2. Contribute to large-scale planning related to engineering deliverables
3. Develop analytical strategies for real-time decision and long-term objectives
4. Perform analytical support and provide insights, regarding a wide array of business initiatives
5. Develop moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
6. Advise on or participate in the discussion related to analytical strategies and offer resolution regarding a wide array of business initiatives
7. Model execution and controls on the theory and mathematics behind the analyses
8. Resolve complex issues and lead the team to meet project deliverables while leveraging a solid understanding of policies and compliance requirements
9. Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 4 years of experience.

2. 4+ years of quantitative solutions engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

3. Previous experience with Python and Pyspark is strongly preferred

4. NLP/Text experience is strongly preferred

5. Source, process, and analyze data related to customer contact data (transcriptions and metadata).

6. Design and optimize code for production activities

7. Design reports and controls to monitor data flow and integrity

8. Worked with multiple model developers and engineers to source, process, and analyze data related to customer contact data (transcriptions and metadata)

9. Experience in analytics or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
