Key responsibilities:

1. Oversee and review the productivity of junior associates
2. Strategize with the directors for client servicing, and account mining, and develop and implement sales strategies to meet the set targets
3. Hire, interview, and train the team of junior associates
4. Cultivate a strong relationship with the clients
5. Research and identify potential clients in the industry
6. Identify and execute upselling and cross-selling opportunities
7. Work on database management
8. Prepare MIS reports
9. Manage tools and subscriptions
