The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, lead generation, and field sales, preferably in the manufacturing or automobile industry. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
Generate leads through various channels, including field sales, networking, and referrals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Present and negotiate sales proposals and close deals effectively.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Collaborate with the internal team to deliver customized solutions to clients.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Key Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 5 years of sales experience in manufacturing, automobile, or any industry with a proven track record of success.
Sales Skills: Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and presentation abilities.
Lead Generation: Strong experience in generating and converting leads.
Field Sales: Hands-on experience in field sales is highly preferred.
Communication: Fluent in English with strong interpersonal skills.
