Job Description:

As a Customer Relationship Manager at Scaling Wolves, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and maintaining excellent relationships with our existing clients. You will be the face of our company, responsible for building trust, ensuring client satisfaction, and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities:

1. Sales Calls: Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients to identify and seize new business opportunities
2. Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients by understanding their needs, providing solutions, and ensuring their satisfaction
3. Client Retention: Develop strategies to enhance client retention and minimize churn
4. Product/Service Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our products/services and effectively communicate their value to clients
5. Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and quotas
6. Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback to improve our products/services and overall customer experience
7. Market Research: Keep abreast of industry trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities
8. Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management

Qualifications:

- Proven track record in sales, preferably in a Performance Marketing Agency
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Earn certifications in these skills
Who can apply

1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (a relevant master's degree may be preferred)

2. Prior experience in CRM, customer analytics, or a related field is preferred

3. Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools is beneficial

4. Strong understanding of CRM principles, customer lifecycle management, and customer segmentation strategies

5. Proficiency in data analysis techniques and tools to extract insights from customer data and drive data-informed decision-making

6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex CRM concepts to different stakeholders and teams

7. Proven ability to collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, IT, and customer service, to achieve common CRM goals

8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify challenges, propose solutions, and make data-driven decisions for optimizing CRM strategies

9. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and technologies

10. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer data and managing CRM systems

11. Possession of relevant CRM certifications (e.g. Salesforce Certified Administrator) may be advantageous

Salary
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹12,000 - 18,000 /month
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 /year
