About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Attend all the queries, complaints, and requests across the company's social media platforms proactively
2. Raise issues to the concerned teams and follow up for resolutions
3. Keep the customers and stakeholders informed about the status of the problem proactively and continuously
4. Ensure customer satisfaction and business success
5. Build credibility with customers by empathizing with their problem in words; proactively understand their needs and respond promptly
6. Document all customer issues via emails and customer support tools, adhere to the process, and follow up timely
7. Highlight the noise in the social space to the key stakeholders within the organization and ensure speedy resolutions

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 2 years of experience.

Other requirements

1. Working knowledge of platforms like Facebook, Google Play Store, and Twitter

2. Active Twitter handle with a good following and some exposure in any platform of communication including media relations, internal communication, branding, and social media is desirable

3. Experience of at least 1 year in customer service

4. Should be smart, witty, and have a sense of humor

5. Willingness to work in shifts (24/7 working environment)

6. A problem-solving attitude

7. Good command over English Language with the ability to effectively communicate information in written format
