1. Candidates with minimum 2 years of experience.
1. Working knowledge of platforms like Facebook, Google Play Store, and Twitter
2. Active Twitter handle with a good following and some exposure in any platform of communication including media relations, internal communication, branding, and social media is desirable
3. Experience of at least 1 year in customer service
4. Should be smart, witty, and have a sense of humor
5. Willingness to work in shifts (24/7 working environment)
6. A problem-solving attitude
7. Good command over English Language with the ability to effectively communicate information in written format
