1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Mumbai and neighboring cities
2. Candidates with HR training or previous work experience in HR preferred
3. Preferably you should be from the IT industry
4. Must have excellent communication skills
5. Preferably you must have completed MBA in HR or any other relevant degree

7. Should be able to perform under pressure

9. Stakeholder management skills
10. Good with MS office tools like Outlook, Excel, Word, and PPT
