Aaptatt is searching for an enthusiastic senior human resources executive to join our team! Our ideal candidate must be highly proficient in English (both spoken and written), MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Word. If you are an experienced HR professional with a strong background in hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management, this could be the opportunity for you! Key responsibilities:
1. Manage recruitment process including job postings, interviewing, pre-screening, and onboarding of new hires
2. Develop and implement effective employee retention strategies
3. Monitor and assess performance management processes
4. Create and maintain employee records and other HR documents
5. Conduct research and analyze employee data to identify trends
6. Ensure compliance with internal policies and labor laws
7. Provide support and advice to management and staff when needed
8. Monitor and provide feedback on the team s progress
9. Facilitate employee training and development
10. Develop and implement benefit plans and policies
Requirements:
1. Can join in office from 3rd April 2023
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,40,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 90%
2. Variable component: 10%
