About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Strategic HR Management: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
2. Talent Acquisition and Development: Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract, hire, and onboard high-quality talent. Design and implement employee development programs, including training
3. Employee Relations and Engagement: Ensure a high level of employee engagement through effective communication, prompt resolution of HR issues, and fostering a positive working environment
4. HR Operations and Compliance: Oversee and manage all HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and leave management
5. Policy Development and Implementation: Develop, revise, and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance with best practices and legal standards
6. Performance Management: Oversee the performance appraisal process, providing guidance to managers on performance issues and assisting in the development of performance improvement plans

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 3 years of experience.

Other requirements

1. Proven experience as an HR, preferably in the IT segment with a strong background in HR practices and employee management

2. Understanding and prior experience in IT Recruitment is a must

3. Excellent people management skills and the ability to engage with employees at all levels

4. Strong leadership, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

6. Proficiency in HR systems and databases

7. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

8. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately

9. Adaptability and flexibility to manage the complexity of HR issues in a dynamic environment

10. Professional certification in Human Resources (PHR/SPHR/GPHR) and/or a masters degree in Human Resources is a plus

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 5,00,000 - 5,50,000 /year
