Key responsibilities:

1. Planning, designing, and furnishing residential properties to create unique and functional living spaces
2. Creating different ideas for different spaces according to the area present.
3. Displaying products strategically to help clients realize presentation significance in terms of size, color, and placement in relation to existing space and furnishings
4. Creating and presenting design concepts using detailed color boards and tabletop presentations
5. Working with the design team to manage workload and deadlines and maintaining project schedules and budgets
6. Scheduling and attending site visits to measure and photograph spaces, and review and approve information and installations

Qualifications and Skills: AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office Suite, MS Office, 3DMax basics, SketchUp
