Responsibilities:
1. Lead design projects from concept to completion, ensuring all aspects meet client needs and budget constraints.
2. Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and translate it into innovative and functional design concepts.
3. Create detailed drawings and renderings using AutoCAD and Google SketchUp.
4. Source and specify materials, finishes, and furniture to bring design concepts to life.
5. Manage and mentor junior designers to ensure projects are executed seamlessly and on time.
6. Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously elevate design standards.
7. Oversee project installations to ensure quality and accuracy in execution.
