Concurrent Auditor – Bank Branch Job

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Concurrent Auditor to conduct real-time, systematic audits of our bank branches in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of banking operations, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct daily/weekly/monthly concurrent audits of branch operations as per bank guidelines
2. Review and verify transactions for accuracy, authenticity, and compliance with internal policies and RBI norms
3. Examine cash transactions, deposits, loans, advances, KYC documentation, and other core banking functions
4. Identify irregularities, potential frauds, or non-compliance and report findings in a timely manner
5. Maintain proper audit documentation and prepare audit reports with observations and suggestions
6. Coordinate with branch officials to resolve audit issues and implement corrective measures
7. Provide feedback and recommend process improvements

Candidate Requirements:

1. Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com)
2. Experience: Minimum 2 - 3 years in Bank Auditing or Concurrent Audit role
3. Sound knowledge of banking operations, regulatory guidelines, and audit techniques
4. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; working knowledge of core banking systems preferred
5. Good communication and report-writing skills
6. Ability to work independently and meet reporting deadlines
