Key responsibilities:

1. Create and manage detailed MIS reports to monitor essential KPIs and business performance metrics.
2. Interpret data to uncover patterns and insights that support strategic decision-making.
3. Work closely with various departments to collect relevant data for business planning and forecasting efforts.
4. Develop and enforce data validation protocols to maintain high standards of data quality and reliability.
5. Communicate insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and effective way.
6. Mentor and assist junior team members in using MIS tools and understanding related processes.
7. Be updated of industry developments and emerging best practices to enhance MIS operations continually.
