Key responsibilities:
1. Define code architecture decisions to support a high-performance and scalable product with a minimal footprint
2. Address and improve any technical issues
3. Collaborate well with engineers, researchers, and data implementation specialists to design and create advanced, elegant, and efficient systems
Required skills:
1. Advanced knowledge of Javascript, and typescript knowhow would be good to have as well as 1-3 years experience in MEAN/MERN stack
2. Good understanding of NodeJS, Express, React, Angular, DB (SQL/NoSQL), and network protocols - HTTP, Web Sockets, HTTPS, TCP/IP
3. Experience with creating REST APIs
4. Good understanding of Nodejs design patterns
5. Experience in unit testing using Mocha and chai or any other testing framework of Node.js
6. Data structures, DBMS, and OS
7. Can write optimal and maintainable code in Node.js
